Adjustment

You might find that you need more time on certain lessons, such as Multiplication Day 6, 9, 14, and 15. You might also eliminate similar lessons such as Day 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12. If your students show strong understanding of multiplication patterns (repeated addition), you can modify these lessons into Kumon practice sheets and 10 squares. In my observation, especially for students who are struggling in math, build solid multiplication foundation by manipulating objects and filling out the form over and over. (3/2/09)
